Tracy York and Terri Livingston, Owners & Twin Sisters

Tracy York

Tracy started Lake Me Away following a thirty-year career in luxury hospitality with Four Seasons Resorts, Rosewood Hotels and Lake Austin Spa Resort. She was the General Manager for 18 years at Lake Austin Spa Resort. She brings her love of high-end guest service and operations management to Lake Me Away. She oversees all aspects of the guest experience while maintaining and growing the value of the homeowner’s investment.

Following completion of her Master’s Degree, Tracy began her career with Four Seasons Hotels in Dallas, TX where she served as the Fitness and Spa Director at their Las Colinas property. In this role she oversaw the operations of a 200,000 square foot facility and managed over 100 staff. After 4 years in this role, she accepted the Executive Director position for the Spa at the Crescent, a Rosewood Hotels property. At the Crescent she managed the fitness facility and the spa treatment center. Tracy also worked on development projects for Rosewood Hotels in some of their international locations. Tracy left Rosewood Hotels in 1997 to assume the General Manager role for Lake Austin Spa Resort. During her 18 year tenure, she managed all aspects of the operations and facilities for the 40 guest room and 25,000 square foot spa treatment facility earning Best Destination Spa accolades from Conde Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure magazines.

Personally, Tracy enjoys spending time with family, friends and her puppies on the lake and on the golf course.

Terri Livingston

Terri came out of a brief retirement following a long career in accounting to join Lake Me Away. Terri brings 30 plus years of experience in varied fields of accounting to assist with the financial aspects of business, as well as back office operations.

Terri began working in a corporate setting while still in high school handling Accounts Payable for several homebuilders after school and during the summers. She went on to The University of Texas and got her Bachelors degree in Business Management. After graduation she worked in accounting in several different industries while starting her family. She began working with a small family owned business during that time, and remained there for 18 years, assisting the controller as the business grew their annual sales into the millions.

Terri is the proud mom of four grown boys. She and her husband recently became grandparents for the first time. She enjoys any time with her family. Other passions include home decorating and reading.
